Shipping & Returns
USPS Shipping and Delivery:
In order to keep the shipping price and cost down to our customers we use USPS for shipping.
Boardparadise has a “Commercial Carrier Pickup”. This is a 3rd Party that is contracted by USPS
to pick up packages from accounts like ours that ship on average over 50 parcel pieces daily.
The Commercial Truck Pickup Drivers do not carry USPS scanners and are not required to scan
Packages going out at the time of pickup.
This carrier pickup happens 6 days a week (Mon-Sat) around 6pm Eastern Time.
When the packages are picked up at our facility they are transported straight to the USPS Airport hub.
Here at the HUB the packages are run through sorting machines and are hopefully scanned as they cross the scanners.
From time to time USPS scanners miss "Origin Scans", however the package is on the way to you (the customer).
Typically if an Origin Scan is missed the tracking will pick up along the way before the item is scanned at the time of Delivery.
If a customer messages in to us, and we respond that your package has left our facility however it is NOT showing an origin scan, where the
customer is seeing that only the label was created then in fact the USPS scanner missed the scan however the package is in transit to you or
the desired destination.
We know this is frustrating, we agree.
We are facilitating messages daily where this is the case however we work diligently to send every package
out in a timely manor as stated in our disclaimers.
FEDEX / UPS
We do not have a daily FEDEX or UPS pickup and if an item is requested to be shipped by 1 of these services it might take several days for the item
to be picked up because we will wait until we have an inbound delivery in order to hand the package off to one of these 2 carriers.
RETURNS:
Boardparadise has 2 separate Return Policies: 1 for the Retail Store and 1 for our Online Sales
1) Retail Store : Store Credit or Exchange Only (No Refunds) No Exchange or Store Credit on Swimwear
2) Online Store : Subject to a 20% Restocking Fee and Shipping Label Fee:
Does Boardparadise Ship Internationally? Yes, we do.
Boardparadise ships internationally to these countries: Australia, Austria, Canada, Finland, France, Germany and The United Kingdom.
REFUNDS: Depending on the time of year/season Refunds could take up to 30 days. From time to time returns might get backed up or
staffing might be short due to a Holiday or School Schedule.
